They say that whenever times get tough, the women manifest their strength through a man’s outfit. They put on suits, strong shoulders, ties and the loafers. This was the case during the wars – the fashion symbol of the 1930s can be eg. Marlene Dietrich.
On the other hand, in the times of prosperity, fashion goes towards kitsch – and here, for a change, the end of the 1990s. The way we dressed then should be forgotten.
We discuss these and other things during the endermology, the dermapens and the oxygen infusions with my wonderful @hollylodzclinic
I can tell you that I have never been as well-treated as I am now – it’s been a year now since we talk about life, fashion, books (we read the best fragments – like in a literature club) that during all the treatments – as if it was a coffee with a good friend and not caring about your beauty. As you can see, you can have both – you just need to find the right place.
Let’s go back to the fashion confession. This brilliant oversize blazer with the air vents is the work of Vetements. A bit of history:
The founder of the brand, a Georgian man, learnt the basics of design at the prestigious Royal Academy of Arts. Just before his debut, he collaborated with such hegemonic figures as Louis Vuitton and Maison Martin Margiela. However, the design of Vetements hoodies brought Gvasali the independence. The designer did not manage to stay in the shadow for too long. The sweatshirts, the asymmetrical dresses and the oversize T-shirts offered by Vetements have gained a group of fans, and the Georgian man became the greatest discovery of the recent years overnight. The designer’s achievements were so appreciated that a few years ago he became the creative director of the Balenciaga brand.
